| Information | I have been taking photos for about 8 years, it all came about because of my son, I wanted to take photos of him growing up, so while I was pregnant we bought a digital camera. It was just a cheapy, but it took ok photos, we upgraded a couple of times, and I now use a Pentax K100 (although its about 5 years old now, would be nice to get a new one, but there is that horrible thing called lack of money lol.
Most of my photos are of my kids, I would like to get into portrait photography, I am seriously considering doing some photography courses to try and improve my technique. Unfotunatly when it comes to portraits the only thing I have to practice on is my kids, and they tend to get grumpy if I have the camera in their face too long, so when they get sick and tired of it I generally turn the lens to the things around me that can't complain, and living on a working cattle property gives me lots of things to photograph... | |
